I’m very disappointed with the service of EFS!!! They don’t value nor care about their customers. They treat their customers like criminals in the mist of your card being compromised by fraud.

I was in a completely different state and all the money was stolen off my card. I called EFS fraud claims department and made a claim. A couple of weeks later I called to get an update on my fraud claim and I was rudely told not to contact them and that I cannot receive any updates on my fraud claim on my money!! This is ridiculous that I will have to wait 60 to 90 days for them to make a decision on the money that was stolen from me!!

If you're considering a fleet card - don't choose any WEX product!

We never leave negative reviews unless a company really deserves it. We've worked with EFS over many years. A year or so ago, the company joined the WEX group and everything went downhill... the online portal, the customer service, the long wait times... absolutely everything. Unfortunately, we cannot say one good thing about this company at the moment and a few of our industry colleagues are of a similar impression - looking for alternative solutions. Finding an alternative is hard, however, because WEX has brought every competitor under its wing and took a collective dump on all of them, it seems. Please please please, support any fuel card company that is not under the WEX umbrella. You will have a difficult time with everything WEX has to offer, except the initial setup to bring you aboard.

Company will steal money

We have a prepaid account with EFS since 2017. However, our fuel account was upgraded in 2021. In February 2022, we received an alleged statement of $190.45. This is impossible to owe a balance on a prepaid account. EFS has refused to respond to the Better Business Bureau complaint filed with regard to this matter on 2/14/2022. I called EFS on 3/14/2022 and spoke with Michelle. She went into our account and stole $115.45 while on the phone with her. I inquired why did she steal monies from our account. She did not answer but shortly therefore, terminated the call.

Electronic Funds source, LLC out of Ogden, UT is stealing customer's funds

We have wired Electronic Funds Source, LLC out of Ogden, Utah $500.00 for transaction purposes, but my company was not using the account very often. When tried using it, EFS told me that they have closed the account for inactivity, supposedly sending my money to the state and that I can claim it there. I have sent my request to the State, but there is no response yet. I also talked to the manager asking why they have sent my funds to the state instead of sending it to me or notifying me before hand.their manager lied to my face in writing that they no longer have my funds.Today I have received letter from EFS stating that they still have the funds and that they want to release it to me under 15% fee. Please stay away from this company as they will take your funds and you will never see it again. They are liars and crooks.
