I've ordered a tv and need help

Its been 10 days and no return message yet it shows its on the way I guess I was nervous about ordering a tv from out state. Finally called them chasing the line and of course.

They say its leaning up against your garage. Your kidding.

I go out and theres the tv. All is well!!!

Failure to replace a faulty major appliance within 30 days of purchase

First off, let me say that the Store Manager at the Hermitage, TN location (William) has been phenomenal. He has been the ONLY one showing any interest in helping me & my wife with our issue.

We purchased a brand new Whirlpool French Door refrigerator (WITH the extended warranty) and a dishwasher on August 2.

This past weekend, my wife and I went on a little getaway to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. We come home to find that our brand new, not even had it for 30 days, refrigerator has quit cooling & freezing. Lights on the inside remain on when we open the door, digital buttons on the front still work, but all our food is spoiled. All the ice has melted, and the ice from the door pooled in the floor in front of the fridge ruining the hardwood flooring.

I've been in contact with the Hermitage Store since Monday.

I was told that someone would need to come to our home to assess the damage and see if the fridge needed to be replaced. Something like this happening not even a full 30 days after purchase is not even worth repairing. The tech that came to our home said it was the compressor. It needs to be replaced.

My wife spoke to the delivery department at the advice of the SM we have been working with.

She spoke to a horribly rude woman who told her (1) The SM I've been working for had "passed the buck" (her words exactly) on the SM trying to help me (2) receiving a new fridge is "not an option" for us, even with the extended warranty that we purchased, and that Whirlpool would be sending us a replacement compressor and (3) that we were email and texted this information which is an out right lie.

Now it looks like we, as a family of 6, will go Labor Day weekend, and possibly longer, with no refrigerator.

Electronic Express has forced me to have to call our attorney in the morning, which I hate to do considering the Store Manager has been so helpful. It should not have to come down to this. I would be embarrassed if I had sold a major appliance to a full paying customer and it to completely fail within less than 30 days of us making the purchase. If I were a retailer, I would immediately work to make it right.

We will find a new retailer for major purchases in the future. I hope anyone reading this will do the same.

Whirlpool will be hearing from our attorney as well.

Defective sewing machine

This is the first time I have ever written a negative review on anything. I purchased a 44S sewing machine from electronic_express last December.

Didn't. use until March. Dealing with health issues, so I didn't use it until March. Did not work properly fro the beginning.

Contacted the seller and they said not returnable due to the lapse in time. Had an estimate done and it needs $129 worth of repairs, There are exceptions to every rule and this is one.

Newegg.com had a listing for a Sony TV sold by a 3d party seller, Electronic Express. They accepted my order and charged my credit card and then cancelled my order. Newegg should suspend this bogus seller and not let them list on Newegg.

Pissed off

Have bought several appliances from y'all. Own several rental properties and am always needing them from time.

Need another upright freezer from y'all and called and talked to several people to leave messages for the manager to call me about ordering another one. Was informed they would call me back. After 5 attempts i still have not received a return call from the Decatur alabama store. Is this what customer service is?

To ignore me after a sale was made!!! I spent $4000 2 months ago with intent to purchase more as i am always needing fridges or stoves.

I guess I'll be needing to find another vender if my business is not needed! Sorry for my abrupt behavior.I feel i should be treated better.

I have one store Manager Michael if you guys offer military discount and he replied YES . So I went to my car and gotten my card . When I checked out the guy did not give me my military discount .

Can I still claim my discount, I still got my receipt .

Do not Buy

I ordered the TV which is damaged during transit. They have arranged for pick up and shipping company pick up the TV, it is been more than a month the retailer says they will refund once the damage TV is reached and shipping company says they do not where is the TV V

Customer care is not reachable over the phone and they will respond to emails after 4 - 5 days, horrible
