Rip off
Purchased NiteEye mini motion sensor camera in 2014, but didn't attempt to use it until 2017. However, the motion sensor wouldn't work so when the camera was turned on, it would record a video or take a picture continuously, which would soon wear out the battery and the storage capacity.
Worked with the company for three weeks trying to resolve problems to get the camera to work. Bought a new SD card and tried several different ways to get it to work but was finally told that the camera was obsolete. Paid $145 for something that never worked.
I guess I should have tried to use it as soon as I received it so I could have returned it. Buy from somewhere else.

ElectroFlip - Itrack 2 Review
Bought an I track 2 , worked good for one week. Then the battery would die, discussed the problem with them ( Electroflip).
Worked with them for about one week, and still couldnt get it to work. They requested I send it back to them. I returned the unit and they said they would fix it, I paid the shipping. I get the unit back one week later and it does the same thing.
I am currently in a hold pattern with my credit card company because I requested a complete refund and was told no!
So I filed with my visa card company. Do not buy anything from this company they sell JUNK!!!
Resolved: Dont waste your money. Was that Electroflip or Electroflop
The manager emailed me and agreed to refund my money by the end of the business day tomorrow. I am very satisfied with that.
I ordered a web cam for my husband for Christmas. It didn't work.
Sent it back but it got there a couple days past the 60 day return policy. Had to be back by 1/10 and it was postmarked out on 1/5 in the morning. Should have gotten there in 5 days but was a couple late. They want to send me a video on how to work the camera that I no longer have.
They said they have a time stamped video of the return coming in to them and that the camera works fine. We argued ....I said anyone could make a video of a working camera and put any date on it. I guess they want to do battle. My next step is to contact PayPal and EBay and see what I can do and leave negative feedback.
Ahhhh, the power of social media.
You can reach a whole lot of people in a short period of time. I will make sure I cost them more than $79.20 in business.

Electroflip still a rip off
In November I bought my husband a bullet helmet cam for Xmas from a company called Electroflip. The cost was $79.20.
When opened on XMas it didn't work. I called and they said send it back, no problems, get a refund. Their return policy is " 60 days money back, buyer pays return shipping. Get the item you ordered or get your money back.
Covers your purchase price and the price of shipping". I ordered a working camera. I was on phone every day for 3 days asking when my refund would be credited. I was finally told that they have a video with time stamp of the camera in working order after I returned it.
I told them they could take any working model and put any date on it. I was told I would get my refund minus shipping and eBay and paypal fees. I was shocked when I only got $44.52 back. There was free shipping when I ordered it and I paid return shipping so there was no shipping fee and they want to charge me $34.68 for eBay & paypal fee for something they say works fine and they are going to resell?
Their return policy says nothing about a paying all their fees.
It was postmarked mailed back 5 days before the 60 days was up. I feel this is a rip off and I want the rest of my refund.

Electroflip stole my money
Bought gps from them and it didnt work, Sent it back and got store credit. Ordered web cam 4 months ago and never got it.
Cant talk to them because they have answering service. Will not call u back. Sent emails with no response. They are crooks.
They say they will call u back at a certain time to address ur complaint but they never call you back. I ordered the gps in the summer and it didnt even turn on. I paid fed ex to return it.
I then ordered the web camera and have waited 4 months. They will not respond.

Waste of my time
under no circumstances buy the itrack2.0. It is a piece of junk.
The user manual gives instructions for a differently designed tracker. The itrack 2.0 doesnt have a sim card tray like user manual says. The power on off switch is not pushed in as the manual says. I am tech savy and inserted a unlocked sim card from t mobile and it still doesnt work.
I called tech support three times and was told they will me back which they never did. This company is a scam.
They cant even designn a simple electronic device correctly. If you like wasting your time buy this piece of junk.
Ripoff company
I bought a NiteEye Mini motion sensitive security camera for $183 including shipping. When I tried to use it the hinge pin for the clip fell out and the rubber cover for the USB port fell off.
It worked for about 3 hours and then failed. Customer support is available only as a call back and they gave me an R.M.A. and I sent it back for their 60 day return policy. They never replied and now will only say that they will call me back and never do.
Super cheap Chinese junk sold for premium money! Beware...

the nite eye mini is garbage need refund now they wont answer calls or emails and wont refund my money don't, buy from this company because it's a scam the camera never worked from day one that's false advertising.the tech support was joke they blocked my phone so I could not call.let every one know this company is a scam.so don't waste your time and money trying to purchase anything from this company.paid for the camera tried it returned it and still no refund maybe I will take them to court and sue for damages for pain and suffering.

I purchased a GPS unit I Track 2 from Electroflip. It did not work.
I exchanged it for a lesser valued GPS product I Track 1 and they never refunded me the difference in price! Then when I returned the I Track 1 because IT DID NOT WORK! They refused to honor the "60 day money back return guarantee " policy that they advertise on their website! This company KEPT BOTH UNITS AND MY MONEY!!
Now I have to take them to court!
DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!!! THEY SELL PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED AND REFUSE TO HONOR THEIR OWN POLICIES!!!
ElectroFlip is a rip off scam, don't fall for it.
My wife bought a headcam for recording some of our fun runs. We charged the cam up and it worked all of 15 minutes.
Charged it again and it didn't work at all. We sent it back. The tracking number showed it was received and we opted to get a replacement, but it was out of stock. The rep on the phone said he would let us know as soon as it was in stock and they would send us the new cam.
Well it's been a month and the new cam never came. NOW they say they don't have the original one which was received and signed for, but now it mysteriously disappeared. OK so they are disorganized but what's worse is they won't send us our new cam. Doubt it would work now.
After reading review after review of people getting ripped off by these low life scam artists. SO IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM BE PREPARED TO KISS YOUR MONEY GOODBYE!!
Electro Flip Security
I purchased a tracking device and when delivered I decided to use another product. I immediately called the company and they told me to ship it back for a full refund.
Now 3 months later they claim that I never shipped it, and lie about talking to me about the order and false claims that they have repeatedly tried to contact me. Beware of this outfit
I did nothing but trust them as a reputable company, now I have to dig out the postal records and phone records to prove to them they are not being truthful.

I bought two security cameras from ElectroFlip, and both had the exact same flaws. Cheap, flimsy casing, infrared button didn't work, record button didn't work, and the on/off power button only turned the camera on, not off. The only thing that worked right was the laser pointer. The cameras I bought were 2 of (Covert Night Security Camera Mini DVR 2 GB + SD Card).
I initiated a return, and the next day I received an e-mail from the company, ElectroFlip, which sells this camera. In the e-mail, the company apologized, offered me a full refund, and then, to my surprise, defended their product by claiming that their cameras are "usually reliable." I don't know who they're trying to fool, but I'm not going to buy from a company that claims their product is "usually reliable". It's like buying an airplane that's guaranteed to crash half the time.
I sent an e-mail back to the company letting them know that the cameras were both junk and that they both had the same defects. That's when the OWNER of ElectroFlip started responding back to me. He told me that it was China's fault that the cameras they sell are defective. He said that he buys batches of products from China and that half the batches he receives are of bad quality. Here is the e-mail he sent me.

We order products from China factories. Sometimes their quality control is very good, but not always. It seems, we get all good quality or all bad quality each time we get another shipment. We call each shipment of the same product a "batch". We have been selling this product for about 3 years, mostly good quality, but sometimes the factory really screws up.

All I wanted was to return these cameras and move on, but I couldn't help but wonder how a company which knows that fifty percent of its inventory is useless, wouldn't have anybody working there who is smart enough to check witch batches are full of defective electronics, and then ship those batches back to China before they end up getting listed onto Amazon. So I sent an e-mail back to the owner and told him that he shouldn't put the blame on other people. I basically implied that his company should accept responsibility for the quality of its products. That bruised the owner's ego quite a bit. Here is the next e-mail he sent me.

When you sell me two $110.00 cameras that I can only use as expensive paper weights, and I ask to return those paperweights(cameras), just handle the return like a professional and leave your companies integrity out of it.
