Stole My Money, Frauds
Placed an order at LEAST 1 month prior to Halloween of 2010. Ordered an expensive Nom de Plume costume, and a pair of cheap stockings to go with. A couple weeks go by, No package I send an e-mail asking about my purchases A few days later a very small package arrives containing only the cheap stockings, and NO costume!! Tried e-mails, and telephones repeatedly. Automated everything! 0 Customer Service! What a JOKE!! Ruined my Halloween! Never got my $100 costume Never got a refund Rip off Fraud THEIVES!!! I will never order anything from this site again, and I tell all my friends where I work to stay away (I work in a gentlemen's club.) Do not trust them.
Electrique Boutique does not deliver!
Electrique Boutique is great as long as you are not ordering on line, then it's buyer beware! If your purchase fails to arrive, it's on you. You take the loss even though the shipment is insured by the store. They will ignore you like you're not even there! I am out $50 plus shipping. You know they had it insured, but what good does that do me? It;s a shame because I ordered a lot of things from them in the past. No customer appreciation that's for sure. From now on I'm taking my business to ebay. They have the same merchandise for less, with purchase protection!

Electric Boutique is a bunch of losers and machines
i would like to just make everyone aware that i ordered several items and the items never got to me and i could not get any help other than a flimsy tracking that showed it started at UPS and got handed off to the post office and the post office shows delivered - but they dont even show the address it was delivered to. electric boutique made ZERO attempt to try and help out or remedy the situation...for all we know that package was returned to them but they will not even give us a human to call or email - everything is done via automated replys with a tracking number only. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE
If Tanya would have informed me that my shoes would not arrive until after my event then I would have either chosen a different shipping method or ordered from a different vendor. So as a result I not only have to EAT one shipping charge for the shoes that were too exact but I now have another fee due to poor customer service. In my original converstaion w/Tanya I asked if the package would arrive by friday and I was told that it would therefore I continued with the odering process.... Very pissed and displeased first time internet shopper!!
