- - Charged $19.03 after a $0.00 screen.
- - Receipt shows Kia plan used, card charged.
- - Refund denied due to 60 days; check for similar charges.
Only till my free time given to me when I bought my car, after that thry can go out of business as their customer service including managers are hortible, they are liars and thieves.
When Inwas checking my electrify america app it showed a charge of $19.03 but on the top of their receipt on my account it said thank you for using your Kia free 1k charge plan. Their claim was my credit card was close, it was not. This is fraud on their part as the screen showed $0.00 and on receipt showed Kia plan used, they just deducted from credit card on file.
They will not refund as they say they can't see it and it is past 60 days. Check your accounts they are probably doing it often.

- - I got a VW ID4 with a 3-year free charging incentive.
- - It's hard to find a station that works above 32 kW.
I got a new Volkswagen ID4 and as incentive I got a 3-year free charge. I fill like is the same as they gave me a free food at supermarket, but I only can pick up the food from the waste dumpster!
What a bad service! It's very hard that you find one station that works more than 32KW.
The car is great but the free electricity service OMG
