I recently tried to order an electric motor from electricmotors.com. They took money and said part was shipped same day.
Should have been at my location latest 3 days as there garentee says. Clearly on there web site when item didn't arrive. I tried for week to see if they had tracking number. No matter what number or extension you call no answear.
Then you get recording all associates are busy please leave name and number the'll call you back as soon as possable. Week later emails phone calls no response it was always gary oldenbourgoff his job with shipping. He will never respond then you find out part wasn't even shipped be 6-8 weeks before would be. boss's won't answear.
Plain and simple i was told gary didn't answear just out money and no motor. As an employee advised me. Then when you get upset they tell you that you are outta line with frustration. This company is in Santa Anna Ca Orange County.
They go by electricmotors.com they are a giant joke. So tell your friend shop some where else as not top be screwed over and lied to by this useless company
