Doesn’t take much and we are out of power for hours on end, in april we lost $400.00 worth of food due to a 2 day outage...very disappointed in how little it takes to knock it out, and how long it takes for restoration.. Going to search for another option

I would give them zero stars if I could. they lie in what they say they offered me a plan with free nights and 14.5c x kwh when I saw my weekly use in their application after 2 weeks of having the service with them.
Note that I was being charged at $ 21.75c kwh. I called to ask why they were charging me that amount and what solution they could give me. They tell me that they can not offer me another plan and that this was the contract. At that time I canceled the service and they charged me the cancellation fees plus an insurance that they offered me to try for free for a month ..
please do not mess with that company. IT IS THE WORST ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY

I hate how they "own" Ocoee FL area, they suck, their customer service is even WORST, no one helps or cares and trying to get someone to read the meter is almost impossible. I hope more people sign the petition to get other electric options.
They purposely raise the prices and act stupid when confronted about it. They KNOW they "own" this area and tell people "sorry, nothing we can do, you can turn your services off" knowing they are the ONLY options we can have

At some point over a year ago I was switched to a Flat Billing option. Iwas reviewing billing at time to renew, and it turns out you do not get a credit for the cost of service that was above your actual usage. As a result we paid over $800 more than our actual usage over a year.
