Impossible to contact Customer Service...
I have bought a few items from this company because they have some nice pieces and I like their durability but one of the items (Anna Bracelet) which resembles a tennis bracelet was an absolute disaster. The prongs were rough and not finished so they constantly caught on all my nice clothing and even in my hair on several occasions.
It has ruined many items of clothing.
I tried several times to send an email to their customer service but the link does not work nor does the Outlook link work and I was constantly looped back to the same broken link page plus they have no phone contact either. It's too late to try to exchange the item so I'm stuck with it...ugh :((
