Impossible to contact Customer Service...
- - The pieces are durable, but the Anna Bracelet has snag-prone prongs.
- - It damaged clothing and hair.
- - Support links broken; no phone contact.
Still no response or ability to contact Electric Picks.
It has ruined many items of clothing.
I tried several times to send an email to their customer service but the link does not work nor does the Outlook link work and I was constantly looped back to the same broken link page plus they have no phone contact either. It's too late to try to exchange the item so I'm stuck with it...ugh :((
