BAD IPHONE REPAIRS Electric Avenue Flagler Street Miami, Florida
We gad two separate horrendous iPhone 5s screen replacement experiences. Horrendous customer service and both phones are completely inoperable and are worthless $500 phones since the "technicians" at Electric Avenue touched them.
This was our experience and we believe it is important to let others know of it.
Please use caution when dealing with Electric Avenue.
Our experience was that they were dishonest, irresponsible and unwilling to fix what they damaged. They have terrible customer service (an effectively "do not care" attitude) and we realize now that it is not worth the aggrevation to ever walk into this store again.
Preferred solution: repair our phones properly as we requested and paid for
