After 30 min on hold they hung up and didn't call back.
I had a stroke and am not working at the moment and would like to discuss some type of deferred payment options.

phone calks that can be missed are not best process. appointment with phone or e mail would be much more efficient than chancing confirmation with a known member
Members may be in some distress but members don't always run a complete office to answer ever phone call on a clock.

I tried calling the customer support line from elastic credit, and they said the number was disconnected. I know that they were under written by republic bank which the FDIC took control of..
still wondering if everything is still in place with the company. I have my loan paid off, but I was hoping to get a little bit of money next week.
Ive never had a problem with elastic. Hope I want this time.

My interest rate
I am paying way too much for fees. My payment is 550 once per month and$ 190 for interest that I am paying versus toward my balance.
