Their drug, bexacat, killed my cat

My otherwise healthy cat had diabetes. It was being managed with prescription food and monthly glucose testing. when bexacat was released as an alternative to treating diabetes with insulin injections, I thought that was great, just what my cat needed. within a week of starting treatment, my cat fell deathly ill, I took her to my vet who wasn't equipped to treat her, so I rushed her to an emergency hospital. they weren't able to save her. Elanco offered to pay a mere pittance of her vet bill(testing and diagnostics) providing that I sign a release. I would not, it seems that they are still "testing" this drug based on what they were willing to pay for. No amount of compensation could make up for the untimely death of my little angel. At the least, they should have covered the entire vet bill. I will never buy any of their products again. User's recommendation: stay away from bexacat

Advantage II cats

I bought some advantage for my cat the 4 dose pack. I was only able to use 2. There was 2 completely empty with nothing in it at all. Lot number KV03FXN KV03CXK. The upc code 7 24089 ****8 4 5 to 9 lbs. Very unhappy that I paid full price for 4 and we're only able to use 2.

How do I get my long overdue rebate?

I purchased a large dog Seresto collar on 10/8/21 for $75.95. The only reason I purchased this was because it had a $20 rebate available. I received the collar and made several attempts submitting information to receive my rebate. I spoke to an Elanco representative who handles AH Rebates. She told me that I should have received two emails which included the rebate check, but I assured her that I never received anything via email or postal mail. Just yesterday, she sent me an additional email but I checked my inbox and spam, and did not receive any email. I am not sure what is going on, and would really like to receive my rebate at this point. Thanks!
