I want my money back in a horrible experience on thanksgiving

I went to el torito in La Mesa, ca on thanksgiving with my family. There was a thanksgiving promotion including turkey dinner, champagne and dessert, I arrived on time for my reservation at 6:45pm, they had ran out turkey, champagne and desserts, basically everything, our options were ham, tacos and undercooked tamales. No champagne and mousse cream dessert. The manager Salvador was rude and did not offer much relief, our thanksgiving expertas ruined and we were still charged for 3 buffets, totally unacceptable! We literally ate 8 tacos, 2 soda drinks and 2 tamales for $120, the staff looked tired and worn out with almost no customer service
