Trying to get a hold of human resources to help me log into ukgpro so i can obtain my pay stubs
I'm trying to see how to log onto ukgpro because it's saying it doesn't recognize my email so I can't get access to my pay stubs and I need them for SSI, no one has helped me yet on this matter.

- - The host barely spoke and we didn't know our server.
- - No manager checked on guests; omelet bar not explained and champagne refilled only twice.
I was invited to brunch at the El Torito West Covina on February 5, 2023. Right from the beginning it was horrible, the host barely talked to us, and when we finally got seated we didn't know who are server was.
I guess we had two different ones, they never explained how the omelet bar worked.
They brought us two glasses of champagne when four adults were setting at the table. and only refill the glasses two times. I had to ask one of the servers who picks up the dishes for ketchup and salt and pepper. No manager ever came around to see how the customers were doing.
Even customers from other tables said the service was horrible.
Maybe they should train their people better. Maybe they should take them to El Torito Grill in Brea Ca, there they have great servers and managers, and everybody that works there does a great job.

She apologized for the problem I encounter asked invited me to her resturant to discover great service, friendly servers and a wonderful time overall. I will make the trip to eat there because of the manager

- - Promo promised turkey, champagne, dessert but ran out; options were ham or tacos; manager Salvador rude; charged for buffets; 8 tacos, 2 tamales.
I went to el torito in La Mesa, ca on thanksgiving with my family. There was a thanksgiving promotion including turkey dinner, champagne and dessert, I arrived on time for my reservation at 6:45pm, they had ran out turkey, champagne and desserts, basically everything, our options were ham, tacos and undercooked tamales.
No champagne and mousse cream dessert.
The manager Salvador was rude and did not offer much relief, our thanksgiving expertas ruined and we were still charged for 3 buffets, totally unacceptable! We literally ate 8 tacos, 2 soda drinks and 2 tamales for $120, the staff looked tired and worn out with almost no customer service
