Frequent need tocall paper for delivery
We get the Sunday paper. once every other month or so the paper is not delivered requiring a call for delivery.

Newspaper was completely soaking wet without any protection today.
Some days it seems as if there is less content than a college newspaper.

Non delivery of paper
l called El Paso Times around 9:00 AM on Sunday stating we had not received that morning's paper. Was told it would be sent out later (l assumed it would be that same day).
By 5:30 PM it still had not been delivered.
It was, however delivered on Monday morning. So all is okay.
User's recommendation: Let your customer know that delivery will be the following day

Didnt receive my newspaper, 2nd time this week
My carrier is doing a great job. It turns out that my papers are being stolen.
I'm installing cameras. I'll catch them.

Twice in a week, no paper. Customer service numbers say they are on another call all day long. I still don't have my Sunday paper.

Non delivery of paper
We didn't get our Sunday morning paper today. I called around 9:00 to report it and was told the paper would be delivered later today.
It is now 5:50 and we still haven't gotten it.
I wasn't given a specific time for "later" so l guess it could still arrive, or not. 
No paper delivery ...again ! first the Saturday...
No paper delivery ...again ! first the Saturday paper (most important day to read paper w/coffe on my day off) is stopped , then price inc.
and paper is only about 10 pages . some articles a repeated on another page. I have to contact paper several times a month about paper not being delivered. Why such poor delivery.
It was never like this, only in the last year. I could always count on my paper to take with me to work.
