Here we go again!!!!! I finally received a call from Montage today but I was at the Veterans Administration being seen by people that care.
When I returned home I started calling MONTAGE at 2:15pm EST August 19th 2021. It is now 3:27pm EST August 19th and I am still on HOLD!!!!! They say to use their "Amazing Portal" which I did 2 weeks ago without a response. I must admit your company does not have any credibility whatsoever.
Even after 2 previous letters to you I am STILL WITH A FUNCTIONING CHAIR, not even a company that stands behind its product!!! Again I demand a return of all monies paid for a (non) service contract..at once. I have written one google review but I assure you I will be writing another to explain the incompetence and failure to satisfy ONE customer. By the way it is now ONE HOUR AND EIGHTEEN MINUTES ON HOLD!!!!
Message just said my wait time is more than 25 minutes!!!! Are you kidding me???!!! Disgraceful, pitiful, scandalous, shameful.

Very bad handling of an order
I ordered a bedroom set back in February 2021 placed a deposit because the sales person told me I didn't need to pay full amount ( although I wanted to pay it in full) and it took 6 months for the bedroom set to get there. After waiting for six months it took me three weeks to go in person to expedite payment because they would not allow payments over the phone and when I got there they sold the bedroom set to someone else.
When I called the manager his poor handling of the situation left me speechless will never purchase there again!!!

If I could provide a -0 star review I would. This place treats people like royalty when you walk in the store but if you need to discuss factory damage with them even under one year warranty they will treat you like garbage.
ROSAURA IS EXTREMELY RUDE, please do not see Rosaura when you walk into this store. I would suggest you stay away from El Dorado, Rosaura has 0 manners, 0 professionalism, I asked for damage protection and she did not include it, after claiming factory damage on my dresser (still under their warranty), she stated I did not request it and my claim is denied. She said, imagínate, no me lo pediste! Y eso cuesta caro no es free!
0 manners, professionalism and manners. Please stay away from This lady, her manager yamelis does nothing, went through their corporate office and Rita still denied my claim
, she said damage was caused by accident, meaning in other words... I broke it. She even said Rosaura is very experienced, Rosaura is very rude!!
That is the reality, stay away from this scammers. Please shop at Rooms to go, they treat people with respect!

Very Poor Customer Service - Company do not stand
behind their products. I purchased a glass cocktail table, paid for delivery.
The table was set up by the company delivery guy. After the delivery person(s) left, I was cleaning the glass, and found out that one of the top pieces of the glass on the table did not fit securely on the metal post/leg. I immediately contacted the store and spoke to my salesmen, and described the problem. He requested that I send a picture of the problem.
I explained that a picture would not capture the problem. Again, I explained that one of the metal legs/post did not fit snugly in the hole (the glass was wobbly/loose). Later, he called back with Customer Service(Andres) on the phone, stating that customer service would handle the problem.
Again I explained the situation with the glass. I inquired, if he (Andres) understood, he stated "yes", and he would check one of the showroom floor tables.
Today, again, I contacted the store regarding the table. Again, I was requested to send a picture/video. I informed customer service (Andres), that this would not show up on video (video sent). I was informed that a technician would be out to check if the table could be fixed.
However, I was not given a date, that the technician would be out, because the technicians are really busy. I take this to mean that I am not the only unhappy customer.
This is a new table, and should be replaced, not a FIXED! , Pembroke Dorothy Richardson

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. El Dorado corporate leadership has offered an agreeable resolution.
We look forward to putting this behind us, and moving on with a replacement item.
In the end, they came through like a family business should. All good!.
Our experience in the showroom and with the sales team was terrific.
Immediately, we felt like it was much different from the floor model. There was virtually no lower back support, but we decided to give it an honest try. By day nine, all four of us (two adults and two children) were complaining about severe lower back and neck pain. Nothing else had changed in the house, only replacing a very reliable six-year-old sectional with this new one.
When we had company over that day, even they mentioned (unsolicited) how flimsy the lower back portion of this sectional was.
Like us, they are not complainers at all.
We called El Dorado Customer Support in St. Pete on day nine, begging for some help. We did not scream, only asked what any customer would request....an exchange for a product that has the same quality as one would expect from a company like this. She vowed to call back, and after three days we heard nothing.
Then, we spoke with the Coconut Creek store leader.
She vowed to do what she could for us, and asked us to give her five days. We did, expecting some sort of assistance where all parties win.
We heard nothing from her on day five. On day six, she picked up the phone twice and said she had to call us back. When we finally connected, she said we would need to pay a 50-60% restocking fee!
Yes, on a product that is glaringly defective or poorly made. She even told us that she disagrees that it is defective in any way.....an interesting comment for a person that has never seen or sat on this thing. We would never cause drama without an emergent level of concern, and felt like we were being accused of wrongdoing. I can't think of a more insulting end to an already troublesome experience.
It was heartbreaking to know that this company refuses to stand behind their good name.
We always try to see the best in people, but would never recommend El Dorado if this is how they deal with challenges and product quality control. We never asked for a dime in return, only appropriate exchange for a product that is usable and not damaging to one's body.
I hope this helps, and never wish an experience like this on anybody.

3 months waiting ... there is no customer service,. We bought 2 sets of bedrooms, their installers irresponsibly did not fit all the screws, the bed was out of adjustment and the drawers do not open ,, poor quality and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Poor customer service
I purchased a very nice dining set recently, and waited forever because it was back ordered. Because delivery was scheduled for so far out, I called to get some information about pick up.
They cancelled the set up date for delivery without my consent then told me because I asked about pick up the date I was scheduled for is no longer available. So I decided to go and pick up the item they wouldn't let me open up the box of the table topper because it would lose its protection.
Then got home the topper was cracked. They refuse to do anything to solve the issue.
Worse customer service ever!!
