Collected money from us for a new advertising campaign and on the day the campaign was supposed to start they stated that we owed them money from a previous campaign that was two years old. To this date they could not generate correct invoicing to their claim which was less than what they collected from us to begin with.

They have not refunded us the difference and they never started our advertising campaign. I spoke to their billing Manager at their home office and I caught him in more lies than he can count, at the end of the conversation, he committed to refund us the full amount, to this date we haven't seen a penny. This was on May 25, 2018. I reported the incident to the BBB and they made two requests from them to respond but they failed both times.

Ironically, they still maintain an A+ rating with the BBB.

This company is quick to take your money and disappear. BEWARE!!!!
