I was not offered my purchased item after I explained what I was looking for. They closed my ticket. Ive opened a few tickets after and they have been ignored. No ones ever responded.

My request for calls have gone on managed and unheard. You spend a bunch of money to be ignored.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted Eko support and received a prompt response and they replaced the product without question.
