I made a purchase of the electric pink color. The earpiece broke and under 30 days I filed for my warranty.
I was not offered my purchased item after I explained what I was looking for. They closed my ticket. Ive opened a few tickets after and they have been ignored. No ones ever responded.
My request for calls have gone on managed and unheard. You spend a bunch of money to be ignored.
