Disgraceful behaviour offer free storage but it’s a LIE
Sold doorbell with FREE LIFETIME CLOUD STORAGE but was a complete LIE. This response from their customer service team. Dear customer,we do not sell products directly, but only provide services. However, the cloud storage service plan purchased by your direct dealer has expired.Please find the seller to deal with the problem of cloud service subscription.

Give the free lifetime storage they offered to sell the product.
I purchased a video doorbell camera wireless. After activation for less than 24 hours, it stopped working. I tried to reactivating it & it refused to connect through
DI tried reconnecting it through OR code & it failed even after connecting through another device. I tried getting help through customer service & was offered help via purchase of support at my cost.
User's recommendation: Don’t but this product.
