She was rude not helpful and I still haven’t gotten the blue cotton candy because they supposedly sent it separately am just not happy at all!!!!
I got charged $38 and something for that, then yesterday, I was charged another $21 for another blue coconut. I emailed and attached every single screenshot from the bank statement to prove that I was overcharged. The lady tells me there is nothing she can do. I am being charged for three, but I am only getting two.
Yes, there is something you can do: You should refund my $21. This is ridiculous and the customer service was very poor. I want a response ASAP.
I want my money put back in my account ASAP. You will not get a good review on all social media.

My replacement items have not been shipped. Although it shows a picture from FedEx being delivered to my mailbox, it was apparently left open by the looks of the picture and when I got home, it wasn't there.
I don't know why the delivery person would not close the box unless it was too big to close. I'm not sure.

I've made many purchases from this company and all have been satisfactory. Throughout this whole time they kept emailing me that I had a substantial number of loyalty points that that were good towards discounts.
I was never able to access these points. I contacted their customer service at least eight times and was assured that these points were there but received absolutely no help.
Last week a guy named Mafe--the same guy who has repeatedly told me that I had thousands of loyalty points--told me that I have zero. This company promises benefits that do not exist to attract customers.

No contact from order
I placed an order- it processed on my credit card but no email or contact was sent. I placed a second order and received confirmation and credit card processed. I dont have an order number for the first one, and Im concerned it is going somewhere else or wrong email.
