Lack of response (9 days] to My Chart appointment request to Jim Rossel PA for Dr St Pierre.
I did get a response 2 days later. They were very pleasant and apologized for the lack of response to my email request for an appointment.
I do have one and it is sooner than I expected. Thanks.
