EIS Group, poor management

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • Management ignores problems and makes false reviews.
  • It creates a toxic environment and asks management to take responsibility and involve HR.
Updated by user Feb 02, 2016

1. Company's right name is EIS Group.

2. Besides public excuses I want all the management to be punished according to the law and business standards: in Saint-Petersburg -managing director, general director, chief accountant, in San-Francisco - director of HR.

Original review Feb 02, 2016

EIS Group has a specific management whose strategy is to ignore and deny current problems. Instead of improving practices managers try to make virtual progress by creating their own reviews on the sites.

This causes toxic environment and agression among the personnel.

But the management does nothing, does not answer letters and questions. May be it is laziness, or simply indifference.

I call upon senior management to change the situation and to ask HR-director or directing manager to be more responsible.

Cons:
  • Ignoring and denying the problems
  • Management
  • Rudeness

Preferred solution: Public excuses
