I didn't get my card

The lady that did my stole my information made an card and took my money I got an letter from the Irs saying to call yall and report it stolen but I cant get in contact with anyone because I dont know the information can someone please help me my number is 470332****

I still have had no success in resolving this issue. I constantly contact them for an update, account statements, documents which they relied on to deny my dispute.

I have sent letters of appeal more than 5 times to the email as it states on the dispute forms. No reasonable action has been taken. I have done every step they have ask of me an yet just make excuses. The facts are evidently clear.

They incorrectly sent cards to wrong address ive sent them documents proving my place of residence prior to cards being sent.

Please assist in any way possible feeling very deprived hopeless due to these negligent acts. They need to follow procedures an Do the right thing

In May 2021 I Contacted IRS to track stimulus payment after waiting patiently since January 2021 I was informed of payment being issued on an EIP Card an was given service # to call. I tgen called EIP service # to further assist with tracking of payment I was told my card was sent as well as card had been active, immediately I explained not reciveing card but had been reciveing notice from IRS if payment being sent.

I asked if address they had on file was correct an was told of cards were sent to incorrect address. Reprentative issued 2 new cards to correct address and told me to dispute the charges by filling out forms returning them with a statement. I been denied 3 times within 24 hrs of sending back forms by fax and email, Dispute prefilled forms may have played a part in being denied for incorrect dates.

Have not been credited or have yet to recive an documents as to the issues or decsions made and or ressolved. dispute charges

EIP VISA debit purchase declined

I have misplaced my PIN number and password for my EIP debit card issued by MetaBank. EIP on-line instructions are worthless and its impossible to talk with a live person at the IRS/EIP website. Can you help?

I have not received my second stimulus money. I have been on the phone and givin the run around for a month. This is what I found out at first it was sent out in paper check on January 6th 2021.

Then second time I called the IRS they said It was sent January 6th on a eip card through Metabank and they gave me the number to call. When I called in order to get to customer service I had to enter my EIP card number that I don't have.

Lost card; no way to speak to customer service without it.

While trying to access my money through Bank of America ATM, the machine took my card and didnt give it back. Such cards are usually destroyed by a third party vendor.

Unfortunately, I did not write down the number of the card.

Subsequently, you cant actually speak to anyone in customer service because the outgoing initial prompt asks for the number of the card. Im locked out.

Name screw up

Whoever made this card has gotten my name wrong TWICE now! First for the $600 payment from a couple months ago and now for the latest payment.

I wrote a letter to them a couple months ago asking them to fix my name and send me a replacement card for the last stimulus payment and I never got a reply! This is unacceptable!

My elderly mom , following the directions, called to activate the card and set up her 4 digit pin. This is impossible, because is asks for the 4 digit pin.

So in order to get the 4 digit pin, you have to have the 4-digit pin. Are you kidding me? This makes no sense. I have been to the website.

Called the number and clicked on every single option. There is no email to contact the company. The 800# does not have a person on it. All recorded messages.

Catch 22.

What a SCAM.

How many elderly and disadvantaged people can't navigate this BS and don't even get their money. Waste of Taxpayers' money and complete scam for a vendor for the federal government.

This is the same problem I am having with my EIP card. I can not get anywhere that allows me to get a 4 digit pin.

I already detailed it and am tired of detailing what should be a very simple process. The $$$ on the card should be available at my ATM or the ones you say are on the network.....they are not and I have been to at least 4 plus my own bNaks ATM.
