Need help with my service and can't reach to anyone.
- - Lifetime Einthusan premium membership was purchased long ago.
- - Ads still appear despite premium; please ensure features are applied.
I was one of the initial members when the program started . I bought the Einthusan Lifetime premium membership a long time ago .
And now when I use my account it still shows me a lot of advertisements everytime which is very annoying .
Can you please make sure that the premium features are still applied to me and I don't get these advertisements when I watch the movies? pleaseeee?

No customer service
- - Dallas data center unresponsive for 3-4 weeks.
- - DC site shows excellent speed; Dallas unresponsive.
- - Complaints submitted; 48-hour promise not kept.
For past 3-4 weeks, the streaming movie connects to their Dallas data center from their website and that location has not been responsive at all. Prior to that, the streaming was always from their Washington DC location with excellent speed.
When I did the speed test thru their site, it is showing excellent response using DC location and no response using Dallas location.
I have submitted several complaints and no response from them.
They have their standard response that they will respond in 48hours and no response till to date. They are very prompt in taking payments for their premium service and thats it.
Pathetic customer service!

Worst Website and a SCAM for Paid membership with zero customer service
- - Paid service began Nov 29 and ran 45 days.
- - Then the paid sub was removed and became free.
- - Proof of payment and bank screenshot were sent; no reply.
I took a paid service with them on Nov 29th, and it was working fine for 45 days. After that, my paid subscription was removed and moved to free service.
Even after sending mail after mail with proof of payment and a bank screenshot, there is no response from their end.
Their paid subscription is a scam.

Pissed with the site lagging
I paid a premium; the quality of the site is super terrible. It's always lagging, and the wheel keeps spinning.
Fix it.

Hello my name is Neena George, 3 years ago my father bought a subscription to Einthusans Premium Lifetime Membership. However it is now telling us that our membership has expired.
We dont understand why it expired since we read the terms and conditions of the lifetime membership which guaranteed a lifetime subscription free of charge after the initial payment was made.
I emailed them to help us fix this issue as soon as possible however its been weeks without a response back. I truly lost respect for this platform after this incident
