Saying one thing sooner would have helped

My problem was I couldnt make a purchase online. Happily the representative made the transaction for me.

She then told me the problem was my cell phone number wasnt on My Account and I had to add it to My Account. Adding it at checkout wouldnt work! However, after much time & frustration on both our parts, the representative realized I was on my cellphone. She then said I couldnt change My Account using my cellphone.

I had to go to my computer or iPad to make an account change.

Why, this is the case, I dont understand. Problem was resolved but she could have asked what device I was using earlier on and saved us both time and her condensation.

No straight pants

I can no longer find Eileen Fisher straight black pants. Im 52.

Along time customer. I cannot wear wide plants. They wrap around my ankles and when it rains its extremely uncomfortable. Also , when we should be using less of the earths resources, wide pants is an incredible waste.

Straight black in all fabrics will always be wanted, even at a higher price.

I have been a customer for over 20 years. On september 27,I purchased a black cropped pullover at the Mill Valley, California store.

It was a gift to myself for my birthday. It has worn so poorly. it has pilled all over. I went into the new Berkeley store and the manager told me to buy a pill remover, explaining that the yarn tended to do that.

I did that and it continues to pill.
I have many of your pieces and trade my old clothes at the San Leandro outlet. The brand has always stood for quality and been worth the investment to have a piece for many years.

This experience is the exception. I am wondering if you have had similar complaints

I had trouble with the return of an item ( wrong size for me) and assumed I would get a return to my gift card.. IT IS NOW 3 WEEKS and I just heard yesterday that one is in the mail..

Trying to contact Renew. Can't find a phone number or e mail address. Eileen fisher says contact them directly but HOW?

I have items in EF Renew basket but want to talk about if don't fit how to do returns. I read online after I determine this I need to find out if item "qualifies" for a return. Shouldn't I know if it qualifies before I buy it?
