AI Highlights
  • - Filed an appeal with the Eighth Circuit; it was sent back to Iowa after Wapello County Court contacted Gen and two registry judgments were missing.

Well I filed an appeal with the eighth circuit and if got denied because the wapello county court got in touch with Gen and they sent it back to Iowa, iowatryed to say I appealed with g

Them but I proved otherwise, you can't appeal in Iowa with eighth circuit court of appeals on n every document,at least I don't think you can lol,so later the eighth circuit says your appeal is active, but they done sent it back to Iowa,so I thought there up to something,so I didn't say anything and let the do it so I could see what they were doing, well then I looked in the registery and noticed there was two judgements missing, they all stalking but all of them are made up.so the law states that when a court removes a judgement from the registry they must inform the defendant before doing so,they did not,so I busted em on it and sent a notice to the eighth circuit telling the whatci thought, they came up missing the same week the eighth sent me the notice telling me my appeal was up,well I knew they dismissed it,so whatever they were doing with the other two judgements it stoped them from doing anything with them.i cought them before they could do it.see after I say what I think there doing they can't do it because I'll be able to prove they did it with my statement being in first.so I put a motion in to the wapello county court letting them know they cannot put them back on,no answer but they didn't put them back on so they made a mistake and they are void, that's why there's only one on there, they got cought.ifcdo t make any difference because there all false, but it makes it easier for me to argue it,I sent the complaint to ight to the eighth circuit saying they should have upheld the law and the facts and documents along with it,heck the minor should do it alone cause she's not a minor, her birthdate is 07/16/2003,they put it on me 02/10/2022,that makes her 19 in a half when they found me while she was five days from 20,the court said she's a minor, not.they lied just to get registered, see aggravated misdeanener stalking does not require registry but if a minor was involved it does.sl they lied, busted.so now the eighth circuit will have to explain why they didn't uphold the law on this complaint on the eighth circuit to the chief justice at the eighth curcuit, facts are there and it's proven so I'll see what they do with this,it's got no signatures on plea and how they were over there year.so maybe it'll be over and wapello county can be upset because I'm right and there wrong,I think the chief justice will most likely uphold the law because they don't want me to broadcast it all over cause I will just like wapello county court.so we'll see what they do.im just putting my review of them in now so it's ready for there answer, plus they already committed fraud with what they did, maybe it's looking good.plus I put one in Washington it's the citizens for rights of the innocent,it's a judicial review type organization, then they start in on things like citizen trust in the courts and upholding the law etc I found it yesterday,I'm gonna find more too.i told the wapelloncou ty coudtvi wasn't giving in and I'm not couse I'm innocent.im gonna win yet, even though i already have won course I've proved my innocence,

Loss:
$1000

Preferred solution: For them to uphold the law and give me my monetary

User's recommendation: Watch everything they do so you don't get found guilty when your not
