Bad customer service

Be aware that this company have a really bad customer service and they even sent me the wrong size of matress cover. And they can't tell you when they will replace their own error, but you have 14 days to return the wrong product if not they will put your payment method on hold wow they threat you and they are the ones who did not do their job

Eight Sleep - Poor workmanship leads to a shoddy product that fails miserably
I purchased the eight sleep tracker from Eightsleep.com. For the first year we actually liked the product, but at nearly $400 it was a large investment we hoped would last. We take it off in the warmer months as we primarily use it for warming the bed, so it really only saw an actual 12 weeks of use. Fast forward to month 16, my wife placed the mattress pad on the bed only to see red flashing lights from the controller which indicated an electrical fault. I called the company expecting a reasonable solution, but found out the solution was to purchase a new unit. On closer examination on opening the cover that housed the wiring harness I was disappointed to find several wires that had been improperly crimped, and one that was melted/shorted out in the same area. I'm just glad that the result was only a dead sleep tracker and not a dead family! Who wants shorted wiring in your bed? Shame on you for failing to properly inspect your units prior to shipping to consumers.
