Trying to get help with app. Waited on hold with customer service for 20 min Now very disappointed in the response and will sleep hot again tonight

Bad customer service

Be aware that this company have a really bad customer service and they even sent me the wrong size of matress cover. And they can't tell you when they will replace their own error, but you have 14 days to return the wrong product if not they will put your payment method on hold wow they threat you and they are the ones who did not do their job
