A great company with excellent customer service

I have been buying from this company for many years now and all I can say is that they have excellent products and great prices. Any time I had an issue with anything they took care of me. The staff is friendly and polite. They do have a 30 day warranty period which is fair. The person who wrote the review before me is not being fair. Try to return an item back to a store after 90 days and see what they say. They will say no returns and they would not be interested in excuses. I give them an A and an F to the person who is trying to slam them. Relax life is too short

Defective Products

Contrary to popular belief, warranties are not for the consumer, they are a sales gimmick for the retailer. A warranty "period" is a calculated time frame that a product is expected to last before breaking or falling apart. Such is the case with EHM All Things Healthy. I purchased about $200 of the balance bracelets for a friend to send to her family in China. With in 30 days (company "warranty" period) the balance beads begin to fall out. In short, they were defective. I called the company explained the situation and was told to send them back for exchanges. I also explained that because they were in China, shipping back to the U.S. would take time. Supposedly this would not be a problem because of my call. They were returned and I called for an RMA number. To my surprise the CEO, Michael Sherlock, refused to accept them because of the limited 30 day warranty period. I have to assume that they know the value of their product and that they are defective. Even though their ads say "Made in the U.S.", I firmly believe that the component parts are manufactured in China and assembled in the U.S., therefore they can say "made". This information came from a conversation from one of EHM's rep who stated, in fact, that they come from China. When I asked a direct question regarding the country of origin, the response was simply that they were "made" in the U.S. At the end of the day, about all that a company has to offer is its business integrity and this one has been worn pretty thin.
