Eglobal take no responsibility for damaged item sent
I bought a surface pro 3 from eglobal via their uk site. It turns out that it ships from hong kong. I received a box, wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap, in a plastic sleeve. After unwrapping the bubble wrap, the box with the computer did not show which way is up. It was secured with one sticker on the side. Sliding it out, the computer was loose inside. There was also a battery packed loose inside. The battery magnetically rolled and stuck to the screen, and cracked it. The laptop was not secured inside the box. Eglobal refused to take any responsibility for packing it, for securing the laptop inside, for having themselves clearly taken the laptop in and out of the box, and not re-securing it properly, or for packing loose battery inside the same comparment as the laptop. They tried to blame the shipping company. They wrote "official' responses that showed they did not even read my emails, and did not understand english. Escalating it made no difference. They finally offered to pay for repair, and in the next email, asked me to pay for it. If you buy from them, your money goes down a black hole and you have no come-back when they send you faulty goods. The only thing they recommended, is to buy shipping insurance, so that you can claim off the shipping company!

Undelivered product complaint
I am disappointed with the services provided by this company because I have not received my orders. I purchased 2 black mini net book laptops on November 21st, order#10001****, for which I paid with my visa card. I received an e-mail from Jay stating that my order was undelivered due to my "incorrect address". I never had problems with prior orders delivered to my address. Certainly, I do not want to think that this company is stealing my money through an online scam. If that is the case, I will report to the correspondent governmental reporting agency. I expect to hear from you soon.
This company is very dishonest in dealing with customers. You place your order online and then they call you to tell you that your order was placed outside of the US or something like that. Then they sell you upgrades for the device you are buying, and never install the upgrades...They charged me for a more powerful battery but they send the little laptops with the original battery! If you try to cancel your order, even before they send the items to you, they advise you to wait for the delivery and they let you know that you will be able to return the items with no problem. They even tell you that they will give you an RMA. Both things are a lie!! They will not keep their promises!! They want you to pay for the returns and charge you 25 % for a re-stocking fee. I did not even opened the items!! I tried to cancel the items before they shipped them! These so called laptops are half the price at Walmart.
