Terrible company, do not order from them!

I ordered a kindle which cost over 100 euros. It arrived 5 weeks after I ordered (customer service we utterly terrible - literally emailed me one moment telling me the order was still on its way to me, then emailed 5 minutes later to say 'we can see its been delivered'. It had not! Anyway, it arrived faulty, and now no reply to emails. Their customer service is a shambles, no contact number for this company.... I doubt I'll be successful with my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

No contact details of the seller

Bought phone from EGC. After 4 months the phone stopped working. To do warranty service i need to contact seller. EGC only provide 1 email address to contact them which is invalid and there any other ways to talk to them. Email address provided for customer service alex@***.co.uk is invalid

Consumers beware of eGlobal !!! Consumers have to pay for my their courier fees to send any defective product back to Hong Kong for repair. Since such repairs are not done by authorised dealers, nor are they using genuine parts, the defects may reoccur. When that happens, then the whole cycle repeats itself and they do not suffer any consequences from their shoddy work.

The worst shopping experience I ever had

This is to sound a note of warning someone thinking of using this platform to stay clear off buying electronic products from this company, eglobalcentral.eu. I recently ordered a Nokia 8 sirocco phone for my daughter on the 12th of December 2018, choose the insured shipping to make delivery faster just for her birthday. It took 3 weeks for the phone to arrive on Dead on arrival. broken and faulty, raised a ticket with the RMA centre and I was asked to post the phone back, which I did as instructed since the 30th of December 2018. As at the time of writing these, I have not seen my order, nor get a refund for my money, I have sent over 15 emails back and forth all they keep telling me is, they cannot ascertain the whereabouts of my order for the past one month. surely this company doesn't care about their customer one bit. I don't know what else to do, I have reported the case to several people with no solution in sight. I'm guessing this is a trick they playing just to keep you waiting forever until you forget and give up on it.

I ordered device - paid 'express' delivery, waited for ages to get phone with faulty software and an inbox full with spam

I ordered one of the xiaomi phones - paid additional ten pounds for express delivery (within 48 hours) - three weeks later and the phone was still being searched for in their warehouse. The phone is not the size I ordered but trying to communicate with their customer department effectively is just driving me nuts, so I'll keep the phone and hope it'll last me for a year or two (apart from obvious software issues). Worst, I am being reminded of this insane purchase and rip-off by finding my spam box overflowing with nearly TEN emails per DAY from eglobal central... without the possibility of 'unsubscribing' from their advertisement. What did I get myself into...?!??! :-(

I bought a fitbit alta from this company it arrived faulty. I emailed them the very same day expecting they would respond immediately and offer to replace. But noooo they waited days before answering then wanted a video. I complied with everything. They said they would send a courier to collect days later no courier and no response from eglobal. I filed a complaint with paypal and won but was instructed by paypal to return the faulty goods to eglobals address in CHINA !! I had to pay to ship a non working item (at my expense breaching my consumer rights) to China with tracking. Cost me almost £10 to do this and eglobal refuse to refund me. They said it was because I involved paypal.
