Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with
Under no circumstance would I ever recommend this company. The customer service is by far the rudest and unprofessional team I have ever had the displeasure of talking to.
Their work looks very good from afar but their finish is so bad that it is absolutely not worth the price. Chipped exteriors, peeling stickers (yes STICKERS!), shabby implementation, jammed drawers and the list continues. They do not fulfil their time to deliver, so you may be taking annual leave and no one turns up, they do not even have the common decency to let you know. You are not saving any money but going with this company and I would pay more any day to not have to deal with their absolute lack of professionalism.
If you have already started work with them, I would not pay your full sum until you have absolute faith your work is 100%
I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy.

Got a wardrobe unit made from them with a so called 5 year guarantee. One of the drawers have been stuck for sometime.
Called numerous times to get this repaired. They are not at all interested in complying to what they promised. Very rude staff who totally ignore all your phone calls and shout at you on the phone.
Would never use them again nor recommend. Id give it zero stars if there was an option.
EGI - Wardrobe Poor service
Fitted sliding wardrobes with pull out drawers which do not open ! This is a joke and zero after install service!
Think twice before you pay them!!! As they will not rectify any problems!!! Made numerous calls and they make false promises of time when someone will come. Unfortunately no- one turns up and they waste our time staying and waiting for their fitters.
The call to UKB also known as EGI interiors is becoming beyond a joke. Also we have not received a VAT invoice despite adding VAT. The paperwork is also not legible!
Stay away from the promises they provide as it is not worth the paper it is written on. Definitely reporting to Trading Standard.

This company is extremely unprofessional. They came to fit my kitchen and then didnt turn up on the second day to complete their work.
They arranged to come back and finish the work ten days later. Which still will not be finished because the granite people are unable to do their job!
Some cabinets are damaged! False promises and rude people that refuse to help

Poor customer service. Totally unprofessional, and the guarantee they offer is worthless as they make zero effort to address issue they are obliged to deal with. Avoid if you don't want a headache in future to redress issues they cause due to defective workmanship or materials

If you want poor communication, rude designers and owner, a kitchen that takes a month to be fitted because they have to come back a million times to rectify everything, fitters that scratch your appliances...then go with EGI
EGI UK - bad company bad people
We had contract with EGI to provide beds and furniture work in November, 2011. We paid 30 % advance. They messed up my home big time. My wife and new born son are going to arrive this saturday from Mumbai. Then havent resolved the issues, when we call them, they are hanging up by asking us to call the designer. Here is the list of issues for your reference. This is rubbish company - they have false advertisement about free dishwasher. They did not provide us any.
Bedroom1
Huge waste of space by using unnecessary high fillers on the floor and near ceiling reducing our overall storage in the wardrobes
Uneven fillers used for the wardrobe and hence living spaces / gaps everywhere
Bed was not provided as per agreement - no lift-up mechanism provided and the overall height was not as per discussion.
Height for the Hanging in the wardrobe is incorrect - this is affecting our shirts and coats
Bedroom 2

Bedside drawers too big for the size of the room.

Wrong handles attached everywhere - straight ones added instead of round ones as per specification agreed.
Furniture fitters were neither professional nor skilled, they did not took proper dimensions. They were continuously on phone rather than doing work. Needed constant direction and attention, did not clean space after work.
There was no supervisor on the fitters and hence it was almost like we were getting work done from them.
There was no communication from EGI in terms of schedule change or when what would be done. They took overall more than 2 months to do the work which is incomplete any ways.
Even after contacting them for rectification requests, they are hanging up our phone and asking us to contact you - and you are not even working with them any more.
