Horrible service
No response from company
Refused to redo my egg order. The manager actually argued with me and called me rude.
I will call the news; I will stand outside and hold a poster. Your unresponsiveness to customer complaints is unacceptable.

Horrible waitresss and manager
Refused to redo my eggs, I was served very runny over-easy eggs. I requested over medium, no squiggles.
Just redo the eggs for Pete's sake. Nope, they argued with me, caused a scene, and called me rude when I asked for my check so I could leave.
I should have just left and not paid for something I didn't touch. This manager has no business being in the hospitality industry and no customer service etiquette.

Horrible service by manager
Go to Little Dog Diner a block away if has great breakfasts and will gladly redo your order if incorrect. ( I did have to request new eggs one time and was apologized to and eggs were redone) no apology was necessary, but I’ve been going there for years and the customer service is always exceptional
I requested eggs over medium, received eggs over easy. I asked for the eggs to be redone over medium.
The waitress refused and got the manager. The manager refused, called me rude because I asked for my check, argued with me, and kept insisting they were over medium. They were not.
Just redo the eggs! I paid the bill and left.

Stop wasting food. Start eating at home and you can avoid this situation.
The way they run this particular location I’m sure it was recycled, with the eggs replaced and cooked to order for someone else
So no one should ever eat out and all restaurants should close?
