I am a consumer and I called after business hours. I left a voicemail. I called back on Monday afternoon before hearing from them. The agent offered to send me a coupon.

Eggs stuck in styrofoam due to being cracked on the bottom. Walmart said they can't do anything for me! I'm a senior living on a fixed income an it's not right to lose almost half of the eggs I bought.

Eggs are great; styrofoam cartons are not!

Many landfills do not accept styrofoam for recycling, Has Egg-Land's Best considered using paper cartons?

Yes I totally agree. Why is this company using STYROFOAM which is NOT recyclable. Get with it and stop abusing the environment!!

User's recommendation: Per Cassie in CS, when opening carton to check for cracks gently shake to ensure eggs are not sticking.

Eggs left out overnight. Still okay to use?

Self explanatory. Comments plain and simple.

Dont take any chances and out of an abundance of caution, dont use them. As a senior, in mid eighties, it hurt me to toss 18 eggs away, but my health is far more important than the dollars saved.

Weak eggshells

Agent was apologetic saying it sometimes happens. Offered a coupon for a replacement carton of eggs.

Egglands Best - Product quality

My family has been eating egglandbest eggs for a number of years now and we like them. However recently Ive noticed that some of the eggs have thin spots in their shells and we recently got an egg in one of the boxes that I took a picture of that was very strange and Id like to send it to you.

Blood in your brown eggs

I recently bought two 18 packs of brown eggs. About every third egg had blood not just a little spot but a lot of blood.

After cracking them in the good eggs and I had to throw all of the other ones away. I will not be buying any more of your brown eggs. EggLand best are more expensive than regular eggs and I will not be buying them anymore either.

Your quality control is not good. I used to raise chickens and I know every once in awhile blood gets in an egg but not and sometimes half of 18 pack.

Eggs are broken in carton--happens a lot! Can't see damage until you attempt to remove eggs and can't. Seems like sabotage!

Holes size of finger tips in side of eggs. Won't be buying them anymore. ......................................................

Wanted to inform you that while I have liked and purchased you product for many years, I will no longer be doing that.you have switched from recycled, sustainable packaging.

Surely you are aware of the environmental consequences of plastic, and yet you jumped on board. I'm sure R and D could come up with a heavier cardboard pkg.

I'm moving on. Lin Peterson, Spokane, WA Oh, and I would change your heading to DISAPPOINTED customers.

Egglands Best - Unpleasant surprise

On a vacation, came from beach to cook some eggs and there was blood in one. We were two eggs short now and I took picture of it, but then another one was red again, and we toss the whole package, especially because now I had people being confused and scared about it.

Wanted to make comment on their site but could not upload a photo.

Styrofoam Egg Cartons

I will not buy anymore Egglands best eggs until you stop using Styrofoam cartons and change to cardboard cartons. Styrofoam is not environmentally friendly, is not biodegradable, and is just a cheap way for you to package your eggs.

I am appalled that you do not care about our environment. WHEN WILL YOU CHANGE!!!
