Package was not delivered
My package was scheduled for delivery on or before the 13th. Package did not arrive.
Their tracking site shows it reached its destination city 7 days ago and has not been updated since.
I called and they can not tell me where my package is or when it will be delivered. How do you lose a 200 lb piece of furniture?

Did you ever get your package? I ordered a bed and have been sleeping on my couch for the last month because it was lost and our reorder has been in the destination city for the last five days.
