Very sorry to hear you did not have a good experience working with eFund Insurance. The information that you stated is not true.

Unethical Company

The company hires life insurance sales agents to work full time on telephones. The company targets senior citizens to buy life insurance. The sales agents will talk to senior citizens out of state even though they are only licensed to sell in Michigan. At the end of call, the agent will allow another agent who is licensed out of state to briefly talk to the customer. The company says it is legal. In my opinion it sounds unethical. The agents will sometimes talk to senior citizen for two hours and pretend to be their "new friend" just to make a sale. If agents don't cross their t's and dot their i's the way the company says, they will easily terminate sales agent position.

The company will have agents who aren't licensed in other

states to call seniors on the phone. They will put a manager who

is licensed to finish the call.

I called the Insurance Commissioner

and talked about a similar company doing somewhat similar work. The Insurance

Commissioner office said this is not allowed to solicit out of state without proper license. Also, I talked

to an Attorney about Efund Insurance.

The lawyer said to stay away from this place. I think these people are qualified to speak as well as myself.

The comments made in this post are from an ex-employee who worked for the company less than one week. All agents that work for the company are licensed by the State of Michigan and hold non-resident licenses in all the other states that we assist people in.

Due to the nature of our business we do spend a lot of time with each client to make sure they are properly educated about end of life decisions and their state regulated final expense policy.
