Recieved a cold canvas over the phone for a 3gb broadband Pendo stick with sim card to allow me to use my laptop on the go.After recieving modem tried to apply with no success,after sending me 4! different sticks still no joy,was promised all would be fixed,sent back hardware to Eftel(which i had to pay for)and advised customer rep.the application wont work with my laptop,by this time i had been charged $30 for a product that did'nt work,was promised account would be closed off and i'd recieve my $30 back,checked my bank no refund but they took $170.00 from my bank saying this was cancellation fee,i went ballistic and asked how could this be,the contract was for 12months with a direct debit of $5 per month,costomer support said they would forward my problem to accounts and my $170 plus the original$30 would be credited back to my bank account,asked if he would swear all will be o.k at which point he declined,will advise Forum of result,but in meantime be very wary of EFTEL,i wish i had,have had pre-warning
