Great Experience and Product
I placed an order via phone from Alan at eFitDirect.
The process Started that I was looking for a NuStep Recumbent Bike for myself and my wife. I called the company and got ahold of Alan.
He spent approximately 2 hours on the phone with me as he explained the differences between the one I inquired about and the Spirit CRS800S. I ended up placing the order and paying with a credit card. (I could have saved $200 if I paid via electronic check, but I am not comfortable paying that way from a company that I am not familiar with) He promised 10-14 days delivery with an addition 7 day lead in case of unforeseen issues. After I hung up the phone, I google mapped the address and found out that the address was a storefront with rental post office boxes and other amenities, but not a warehouse or fitness supply place.
I then went to some random reviews on this site (pissedconsumer) and felt that I was just scammed. I fretted for 2 weeks until I received a call from the trucking company letting me know that my shipment would be here the next day. It was here as promised. I uncrated and assembled the CRS800S and am loving it!
This goes to show that all reviews you read are not true.
