Warranty information on my ring
I have been holding for a an hour so far. Their are no updates given or music playing letting me know that I am even still connected. I assume I am since my phone is not showing a disconnect. To me this is very poor customer service not to give any updates on my status. I am writing to find out what the warranty is on a ring that I purchased approximately 10 or so years ago from Carson Pirie Scott & Co. That store is no longer in business. Recently one of the diamonds fell out of my ring, and I want to make sure that the replacement of this stone is still under warranty? The stone is very small, I would say approximately 1mm. Please let me know how to proceed to have it replaced? Thank you, Jane
Effy St. Maarten store
We were lied to by the Effy St. Maarten store manager to make a sale. The Royal Caribbean "Port Shopping Guide" verified these comments made by the Effy sales rep, no doubt to make a sale and for commission or kick backs. DO NOT TRUST the Royal Caribbean port shopping guides they will do anything for a sale and the VIP cards they give you to "get the best deal" only get you carded as a sucker. No one will help and you will be out of luck. Effy is dishonest (see lawsuits) and couldn't care less about doing what is right by their customers - especially when you purchase an item under collusion and fraudulent circumstances.
