I purchased jewellery on a celebrity millennium cruise 27/01/2024 £3200 I paid on the night. When we left the cruise you put a second charge on my account which still has not been released. I have contacted the shop and they advise I need to contact you directly
I am based in the UK and my account has two sums of $3200 debited currently not as a delayed charge but as a real charge

The ring was my 50th Wedding present from my husband & was purchased on the MSC Divina Cruise in June. I noticed the stone was missing yesterday evening & cannot find it.
I feel it is poor workmanship for it to fall out after such a short time.

Bought a effy bracelet on the Norwegian Bliss may of 2022 in Alaska part of the piece of the bangle broke off I need to get fixed cant find my receipt I have pictures of it . And seen it on the web as effys . I just want it fixed thats all
