925 Sterling, silver chain
Just recently bought a 925 sterling silver /18 karat yellow gold pendant, pendant cross is wonderful and OK, but the sterling silver chain is coming apart at the connection. Need to have it repaired or replaced. Can you help me with that?

Return jewellery
My husband purchased it for me the size of the bracelet and the ring is not right .
I dont want it to be resized because it looses its looks and the strength of the bracelet.
I would like it to be refunded. Appreciate your support in this matter.

Funds hold post cruise - double charge
I purchased jewellery on a celebrity millennium cruise 27/01/2024 £3200 I paid on the night. When we left the cruise you put a second charge on my account which still has not been released. I have contacted the shop and they advise I need to contact you directly
I am based in the UK and my account has two sums of $3200 debited currently not as a delayed charge but as a real charge

Faulty ring with Tanzanite stone missing. purchased on MSC Divina cruise in June 2023
The ring was my 50th Wedding present from my husband & was purchased on the MSC Divina Cruise in June. I noticed the stone was missing yesterday evening & cannot find it.
I feel it is poor workmanship for it to fall out after such a short time.
