EFFORTLESS BEDDING - stay away!
As a Christmas gift for my 80 year old mother, I purchased a Queen size blanket with semi-fitted corners thinking it would make an easier chore of making her bed. My mother lives in another state so I am not near her to help.
She attempted to put the blanket on her bed, however as other reviewers indicated on Amazon, it's much larger than whatever size they indicate so my mother could not get it on her bed as much as she struggled. She indicated is was much too large and she just couldn't manage it. I had my sister pick up the blanket from my mother, repackage it in the same package it came in and return it to Effortless Bedding. Once they received the return, they sent me an email indicating that since the blanket was removed from the package and the fact that they found a "grey hair" on the blanket, they now consider it used and would only refund less than half what I paid for it.
How can someone try this without removing it from the package and putting it on their bed??? My mother never slept on this - she couldn't even get it on the bed!! This appears to be quite the scam and what a great way for them to make money! You can bet this will be repackaged and sold again I am sure!
They should clearly indicate that they do not accept returns instead of being so deceitful. I would not recommend the product and definitely not this dishonest company!
