Effies Unique Boutique in Madill, Oklahoma. This tiny cluttered overpriced store will not give refunds and do not tell you before you make a purchase and do not have this policy posted any where in the store.
Owner, Effie Gibbs, is hateful and has no idea what shes doing. She is a thief for behaving in this manner.
