Failed fuel pump upon instalation
I ordered a fuel pump for my 2006 Saab 9-5 wagon. I had a Saab tech.
To install it. The fuel pressure at the fuel rail was 5 pounds. As I was hours away from home, I had to buy another pump and pay additional labor to fix the problem. That was another $700.
I have tried to contact Eeuroparts but to no avail.
I would like to return this faulty pump.
I emailed them and I have not received a response. Thanks, peter

Difficult with customer service
Customer service out right lies promised part in 3 days it took 8 days I called 6 times ea time they lied as to where part was. Finally had to go to manager Dean and Michael then it was fixed I should not have been given false info by service department
