My husband picked up eegee's for dinner & got a printed receipt since he doesn't have the app on his phone. I have the EG app on my phone; I usually scan the bar code to get the points.
It wasn't on the receipt he was given. Tried to call the store location multiple times. It never rings & after a minute the call just ends. No answer.
Today I called their corporate office in Tucson and it did the same thing! *&^%#$@!

I was told by a manager named Alexis, who informed another manager, that I wasn't allowed in the store, and I wasn't given a reason why. I even asked why, and again, I wasn't told why.
I even asked if I could give my wife the money so she could order, and again, I was told no. I'm very disappointed, and the sad part is that I was an employee there too.
