Worst customer service

Avoid EE as they are not interested in your needs but only their commission and as a result will do anything to up sale and force you to get more stuff. A few times, I asked for a simple transaction such as changing my payment card or asking about roaming charges, the only thing they hear is how can I make this guy buy something or re-new something and the staff in EE stores check your account and will ask you why don't you upgrade this or that. Pure *** service and I would avoid these guys as much as I can. worse so far. Worst. Thanks

EE 4G Broadband - Slow, Ineffective and Expensive

We've had this for a month and broadband speeds have never experienced slower broadband speeds. We used to get easily through the month on our previous plan. This seems cheap on the face of it, but sucks up most of the data allowance on failures to load sites and then charges for more. I will never buy this again. Total rubbish. False economy. Get a genuine broadband provider rather than waste time with this kindergarten rubbish. It will cost you more than a standard tv/broadband/line rental plan, deliver less and cost much more. This is only worth looking at if you don't want a network point installation in your home, but even if you do, I imagine you can find alternatives which do what they say they will do. I'm now going to repeat the word "rubbish" until this field agrees I've submitted the required 100 words......
