Horrble workmanship and doesn't pay his subcontractors

We worked for Ed at a property he was contracted with to trim a few trees on the property. We sent an invoice which was never paid. We called him several times and he hung up on us and refused to call us back. If you are going to work for this company I would highly recommend that you receive payment before you do any work for them. The only address they give you is a post office box. Very difficult to communicate with them. We have been promised to to be getting paid for 14 months now. Last call says they are checking into it AGAIN.
