Edwards Ford does not stand behind their customers.

I bought a Used Ford truck from Edwards Ford in Kingston Ontario. Before the first oil change the transmission failed. They were very quick to sell it but not so quick to help us. I told them when we were going to purchase the vehicle that it had to be checked throughly but obviousely it wasn't . Steve Petree the owner should take a course in customer service. I have always bought G.M. but I had put my faith in Ford. At this point I am driving around with a sticker that says DON"T BUY EDWARDS FORD. Shame on you Steve Petree

Edwards Ford - Walhalla SC -Service Dept-

Sales did a good job getting us to sign for a 2005 Focus that was showing signs of needed front brake repair after three trips Monday will be four still not repaired. Seem to be getting the small town Good ole boy run around trick. This will be our last buy from this company. They made the third appointment after turning the roters and did not replace the roters the next day it took one and a half hour of waiting and then they informed us they did't have the parts. Gas cost is to much for this ***.
