I have experienced nothing but grief from EJ. I have (or had) 1.3 million invested with them. Now it's 1.1 million, in an up market. I did take some income, which EJ is always glad to point out. However, $100,000 in an up market is unaccounted for. Some of that was due...

Beals Transferred $400,000 to my aunt (Libby Miller) who deceitfully had her sister (who was heavily sedated on drugs in ICU) sign over her only son's inheritance while she was on her dying bed. Everything was done over the phone and a fax machine. Beals did not...

Edward Jones Customer Care Review

#973516
I will never use this company again!!! They have to many people that work in their offices off of Manchester and I270 that really are not qualified to work in the public. Tried calling for my grandmother, was transferred to some product master file dept and the female who answered was not listening or to busy talking to someone else. Very rude

Edward Jones obviously hires employees who sell and do drugs. I would never do business with a company who does not perform drug testing before hiring.

My father-in-law had been letting EJ manage his IRA since he retired in the 90's. He would always tout the great job his advisor did for him. In 2010 my father-in-law asked me to start doing his taxes after he had a medical issue. Looking through his records I...

none He made the mistake and I thought it was his Fiduciary Responsibility... Edward Jones at the time of this review was not a fiduciary.

My husband passed away recently, and I have been trying to close his accounts, including his Edward Jones account. I am the executor and have supplied them with the paperwork authorizing me to do this. No one else. However, they are refusing to close the account....

Proof is in the pudding and here's a case study that identifies a 16-year span with Edward Jones. In the mid 2000's EJ rolled out a new investment engine called Advisory Solutions. This was supposedly an actively managed account that was geared for higher than avg...
