Products not received and charged 4 more tumes

I have not received the birthday gift for my grandson. FedEx said would be delivered April 2nd, no product yet. PLUS your company charged me 4 additional times for the same product. Capital one has placed a hold on my account. Please delete these other 4 charges so my card can be released. Please! Thank you Nadine Peterson

Don't throw your money away

There name is what it is to prevent reviews. Really, Google educational Science and you get a million possibilities. There service and products are terrible. They sell diseased butterflies which is totally immoral. The cut you off as soon as you ask for help and ignore all attempt to resolve the problem.There are just sales and do nothing. Everything is outsourced. You get what it when they feel like getting it to you. If its defective, that's your problem. I have spoken to the principles at local schools about Educational science. There seems to be a common theme. there are quick to take your money, slow to deliver (charge for expedited delivery), and offer zero customer support.

Educational Science has no communication, cheats customers

I ordered from them a couple of years ago with no problems. This year they are the worst estore I have used. They cancelled my first order with no explanation. I called and ended up with a terribly rude customer service representative. I finally got my package but there were two missing items and no explanation. I tried calling and was put on hold for a long time. They encourage you to leave your name and number and they will "call you back." They didn't call back after several attempts. I sent several emails and didn't get a response. They seem to hide from customers who want them to correct their mistakes. I am going to the BBB next. I will never buy from them again. They take your money and then refuse to talk to you if there is a mistake. And they owe me money which they seem to want to keep. Avoid at all costs.

They outsource everything so tracking order's is virtually impossible. The companies they use are great but this Educationalsciencemsn.com is terrible. They never respond to e-mail inquiries nor do they ever answer their phone! I paid almost $100 (already charged to my bank) and have yet to send me the product I ordered. 11/2/09 and it's now 11/9. They say they ship overnight! HA! I ordered caterpillars which came from an affiliate company overnight, the "pop up" housing unit I bought from Educationalscience still has not come. I have resorted to housing my caterpillars in a plastic container! And went to Home Depot to build them a cage! I will be returning their product if it ever comes and expect a full refund, including shipping. Don't use this site!

I ordered from here and got my items in 3 days. The pop up caterpillar housing unit is well made, bigger than I expected, even with dimensions given.

I even spoke with customer service as there was an issue with my credit card number coming up invalid.
