Order flight tickets through this company. One of the airlines changed my flight. Had to cancel the flight through airline because the new timing didn't work, and the website says go through airline. They said the card on file wasn't my card and refunded my money to a different card number. The airlines claimed that eDreams used their own card to book the flight, which I've never heard of. Now I can't get in touch with someone to refund me my money!!

I bought a flight ticket before 1 month, and I ordered for many other different flight agencies in my life but nobody ever use my credit card automatically and sign me into prime membership. It's outrageous, I can even consider it as a crime, to take my credit card and take advantage that I left my details in your system so you can sign me in to some prime membership I never agreed on and never wanted to be a part of. Cancel my membership immediately and refund me full money back. Thanks!

I was trying to make reservation for a flight on Saturday night from Orlando to wilwaukee and time to be put in my information for my card and it just start loading then it say error , try to get back on but it wont allow me . No confirmation never came to me so I call spirit airline and made reservations with , now after 30 hours you supply me a confirmation number so I then check my bank and saw where I was charge I need to please be refunded this wrong of what yall doing

I still have not been refunded and I haven't been reached out to either !!!!!

The flight already arrived five minutes later than scheduled at 00:10am and boarding ended at exactly 1:00 am (one hour before departure at 2:00am). The airport in Singapore is absolutely gigantic and they make you fill out a lengthy arrival card on an iPad before you can even pass the security checkpoint to get your luggage.

Obviously there are many people arriving at the same time so you naturally have to wait your turn in order to proceed which takes time! It also takes time until your suitcase arrives at the baggage carousel! Then, if you're not familiar with the airport you also have to find your way around to get to where you're going. On top of it all, my connecting flight was at terminal 2 from terminal 4, for which I had to wait for both a bus to arrive and the duration it took to get me there.

When I finally arrived it was about 1:20am and they wouldn't allow me to board the plane despite there still being 40 minutes before departure because they said the gates were already closed. I immediately called eDreams customer support for help in the hopes they would rebook me for the next available flight, but of course to no avail! They claimed there is nothing they can do and on top proposed I wait five more days and be charged a $250 no-show fee, plus a $50 service fee and another $450 for a new ticket! Absolutely outrageous !

I called them again about an hour later and spoke with a different representative and was told the best they can do is give me a partial refund.

However, this refund was less than half the original ticket price even though it only got me to the first of two transit stations and was less than four hours of a total 35h 45m for the entire trip to my final destination ! Also, they obviously didn't care that due to their faulty booking practices, I was forced to purchase an entirely new ticket that cost me nearly $1000 due to the fact that purchasing same day tickets is always more expensive than purchasing tickets weeks in advance !

I've had the worst experience with edreams. I mistakenly clicked the cancel button while i was trying to make changes with the travel date. These wicked people canceled the whole flight and said i couldn't have a refund even after i had sent them an email to rebook my flight ticket, i wouldn't advise anyone to book a flight ticket with them. They have bad customer service too.

Hey I got money taken out of my account twice this month without my consent, I have I have never used the edream app but somehow some way someone was able to use my card too purchase stuff off the app without my knowledge and that was all the money I had in my account which was supposed to be my months rent now I dont know what too do am hoping for a refund please.

eDreams continued randomly debiting from my account so much so my bank thought it was fraud...I called two weeks prior to ask for a cancellation and discontinue debiting. The rep 2wks ago said he would...there was another random debit done yesterday which means he did not effectively remove my card. They took out 69.99 yesterday (still shows pending) I ask them to reverse the transaction and they only agreed to refund 25.00 in 7 days. Dear Sirs and Madams,

I want to get informed and start the procedure for refunding the money for the flight I booked through Your company. The flight (Airline booking reference: UI2ORK) was booked for July 15 with departure from Findel Airport, Luxembourg via Frankfurt to Belgrade as the final destination.

Departure from Findel Airport was scheduled to be at 18:45, arrival in Belgrade at 23:45. However, the mentioned flight, which was booked several months in advance, was canceled by Lufthansa airlines a few minutes after I checked my luggage at Findel - Luxembourg airport. First, the flight from Frankfurt to Belgrade was canceled and then the flight from Luxembourg to Frankfurt as well.

I will use this opportunity to explain to You in detail the inconvenience caused to me by the cancellation of the flight by Lufthansa airline:

First of all, upon arrival at Findel airport, after checking my luggage, I was informed by message that my flight from Frankfurt to Belgrade, which had been booked for several months in advance had been cancelled. Due to the impossibility of speaking to anyone at the airport, because there was no one from the Lufthansa staff, I called their customer service trying to change the flight from Frankfurt to Belgrade, which I succeeded after more than an hour of waiting and talking.

Shortly after I managed to change the flight from Frankfurt to Belgrade from July 15 to July 16, the flight from Luxembourg to Frankfurt was also canceled, so there was no longer a possibility to arrive home on July 15, nor to use the new flight for July 16 from Frankfurt to Belgrade, which was also canceled in the end.

I would like to mention a few more things and inconveniences that I experienced due to flight cancellations and frivolity on the part of Your company and Lufthansa airlines:

After the cancellation of all the flights I booked, I contacted Lufthansa customer service again, trying to find a new flight, which they failed to do after more than two hours of conversation, not only for that day, but they failed to find me a new flight for the following days as well. I used the flight which was booked through Your company to go home on vacation, where I also had agreed obligations and booked accommodations that had to be moved due to the cancellation of the flight through Lufthansa airline.

By chance, in the middle of the night I found a new flight through another airline - Luxair, due to the impossibility of using Lufthansa airline's ticket due to canceled flights, booked several months in advance via eDreams, while paying 326.72 euros for the new ticket. Once again, I want to mention that I managed to find a new ticket through another airline just by chance, otherwise all the agreed obligations I had would have failed, as well as the accommodation and the whole vacation plan, and a lot more money, if I hadn't I accidentally managed to book a new flight to Belgrade through another airline, all because of the flight cancellation and the frivolity of Lufthansa airline and eDreams.

Finally, I would like to mention that by sending this email I want to enter into the process of refunding the money for the canceled flight by Lufthansa airline and for the refund of the money for the purchase of a new ticket in the amount of 362.72 euros through Luxair, due to the cancellation of flights through Lufthansa airline.
