Resolved: Poor customer service and support.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Finally someone read my email after me calling directly.
Fuel cap assembly and front right wheel assembly replaced free of charge. Company does not offer a free solution first up. They sent details and cost of parts needed.
All worked out OK but it would have been a far more pleasant transaction if they just did the right thing on a $2,000 sale. Just ask that they honor Australian Consumer Law, without trying to dodge their obligations.
On the second use, the front right wheel fell off. The bearing had torn itself apart. Less than 2 hours of use. Edisons was notified.
They offered to reimburse me for a bolt on the misformed inlet. They highlighted the bolt in the email! They then informed me that I could purchase an entire wheel for over $100 from them. The bearing would cost about $15.
Repeated emails were like hitting my head against a wall. I phoned and left a message. S/t office worker requested to speak with the manager. There was no mention of warranty!
Poor support, warranty, and communication. I have spent a fortune with them over the years on cheap prices. They have lost my business in the future.
Update, they offered me a free plastic oil filler part, finally. No mention about wheel that fell off, so yet again more emails sent.

Never buy anything from this company again!
I brought a chainsaw for my husband for Father's Day, we assembled it and wouldn't start, I contacted support who wouldn't help unless I paid for advice! they were Not helpful at all and cant send it back
