Edison Funding Washington DC WARNING Re Unverifiable BBB Seal
Edison Funding has begun do ALOT of more advertising that they are a buyer of structured settlements. They show up highly ranked on the sponsored ads (read paid ads) for structured settlements.
My problem with Edison, is that when I click on the Better Business Bureau seal on their website it just leads back to the Edison Funding web site instead of the Better Business Bureau as it should be. So I checked with the BBB and there is no record of this company. That's shocking and has me really concerned about doing business with this company or possibly referring any one I know to this company so I wanted to share with others my concerns. I don't know how many people would take the time to click on the seal, but it one way to verify.
You can't be too careful when it comes to people who want your money. I think it's probably better to keep your structured settlement than to do business with a company that lies about its BBB membership.

Agreed. I've been hearing a lot about how these guys are answering the phone as if they are another competing brand. If so, it's shameful and a poor reflection on Maryland.
