FRAUD
Dealing with eDigitalUniverse was the worst shopping experience I ever had. They started by pulling a bait and switch saying the camera I paid for was a European model even though this isn't mentioned anywhere on their website. Paid extra for the US model. Then they told me batteries weren't included even though all new Nikon's I've ever bought included batteries. They lied repeatedly about when it would ship and said they couldn't cancel my order even after telling me it was still in their warehouse. A couple weeks later they stuck me with a foreign currency conversion fee (also never disclosed on the website).
It finally shipped when I was out of town and was returned to them as undelivered. They continued to tell me they hadn't received it even after the Post Office said it had been returned. They finally acknowledged receipt of it and said I was being refunded and would see it posted to my account within 72 hours. Two weeks later and still no refund. I've tried writing them several times but after a few hours I get back a message saying my email was undeliverable. Finally got hold of someone in person and as soon as I told him I was checking on my refund he hung up on me.
DO NOT do business with these crooks. This is outright fraud.

These crooks will have your camera in their hands before you do. The extras they tote are a rip off.
I got my Canon EOS t5i without any software or manual, taken out to sell elsewhere no doubt, They sent this cheesy tripod, cleaning kit and case valued at about $29.99 retail for an additional $160.00 tacked on. $599.99 total. I could send it back for a refund but I dont even want to deal with these crooks. They need to be banned from the internet and have their fingers cut off.
Also they switched the order to their other scammers in Miami called eDigital Universe. STAY AWAY!
